Burning Man  Festival is allowed in select units. 
Due to insurance restrictions for this festival. We will be requiring all rentals for
Burning Man to provide an insurance binder from  the renters personal insurance company providing collision insurance . 
For those unable to provide insurance  please give us a call and we can discuss your options.
